What to know before you request a gift

Clear expectations make thoughtful gifting even easier.

How do I request a basket?

Choose an occasion and size from the shop for a guided starting point, or begin with the Gift Concierge when you want something completely custom. Either path leads to a personal review and confirmed quote from Janya.

How early should I order?

Submit your request at least 7 business days before the date needed when possible. This allows time for Janya’s review, your quote approval and payment, and approximately 4–5 business days for completion. Rush requests may be available for an additional $20 but must be confirmed first.

Do you offer pickup and delivery?

Pickup is free. Local delivery is available within 20 miles of Downtown Dallas for an additional $20, subject to address and schedule confirmation.

Will my basket look exactly like the photos?

Photos are intended as inspiration. Individual items may be substituted based on availability, but the overall theme, value, and quality will be maintained.

When is my order confirmed?

A request is not a confirmed order. Janya will review the details, confirm availability and final pricing, and send payment instructions. The order is confirmed after full payment is received.

What is the cancellation policy?

A cancellation may be requested within 24 hours of payment. After that window, the order is nonrefundable because product purchasing and customization may have begun. Use the cancellation request form below so Janya can review your request.

Can you accommodate allergies?

Please disclose all known allergies and dietary restrictions in the Gift Concierge form. Requests will be reviewed before any items are purchased.

Cancellation Policy

Substitution Policy

The Giving Company reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if a requested item is unavailable. Every effort will be made to maintain the overall theme and quality of the basket.

Pickup Policy

The Giving Company is not responsible for baskets once picked up. We are not liable for damage caused by weather, third-party couriers, or improper handling after the package has left our facility.

Perishable Items

Orders containing food, flowers, or other perishable items should be stored properly upon receipt. The Giving Company is not responsible for spoilage after delivery or pickup.

Allergy Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for notifying The Giving Company of any allergies prior to order confirmation. We are not liable for allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies.
