Order Policy
All orders must be placed a minimum of 4–5 business days in advance. Rush orders are subject to availability and an additional rush fee. Orders are not confirmed until full payment has been received.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the order date will receive a partial refund for materials not already purchased. No refunds will be issued once assembly of the basket has begun.
Substitution Policy
The Giving Company reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if a requested item is unavailable. Every effort will be made to maintain the overall theme and quality of the basket.
Pickup Policy
The Giving Company is not responsible for baskets once picked up. We are not liable for damage caused by weather, third-party couriers, or improper handling after the package has left our facility.
Perishable Items
Orders containing food, flowers, or other perishable items should be stored properly upon receipt. The Giving Company is not responsible for spoilage after delivery or pickup.
Allergy Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for notifying The Giving Company of any allergies prior to order confirmation. We are not liable for allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies.
Custom Order Acknowledgment
Custom baskets are designed based on customer input. The Giving Company is not responsible if the final product differs slightly from the customer's expectation due to item availability or design interpretation.
Satisfaction & Dispute Policy
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and before leaving the pickup location, when applicable. We will work to resolve all concerns directly before any outside action is taken. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
